La Grange du Minuellou

We are delighted to offer you the opportunity to relax and enjoy the Grange du Minuellou which is well located in Melgven (South of Brittany, France) near Concarneau. Our house benefits of the label “Charme” de Gîtes de France.

There are four peaceful and private guest rooms situated in a typical refurbished 19^th century farm building, with beautiful, award winning, landscaped gardens (which obtain many prices) for you to enjoy.

Located in a secluded part of the farm building, the rooms all offer a view of the gardens as well as private access to the breakfast room.

Guests can enjoy a gourmet breakfast with regional homemade specialties or local producers.

“Aven” the fourteen windmill’s river, winds its way for 37 km through irregular-shaped fields separated by hedges and ditches to Port-Manech’s harbour.

Aven’s bedroom is located on the ground floor, near the breakfast room and is 16sqm. Equipped with a queen size bed (160 x 200 cm), luxury bedding to ensure you are comfortable and relaxed.

Aven’s bedroom has its own en suite bathroom and toilet. The bathroom is fully equipped with Italian shower, hairdryer, towel rail and bathroom linen.

“Odet” is a 62 km-long river and originates in the “black mountains” near St-Goazec. Its watershed belongs to Quimper’s area of influence.

Odet’s bedroom is located on the first floor and is 18sqm. It’s equipped with a large king-size bed (180×200 cm). Luxury bedding with pure cotton or linen is provided to ensure you are comfortable and relaxed and a courtesy tray is at your disposal.

Room Laïta

« Laita » is the small coastal river meandering from Quimperlé to the Atlantic’s ocean; it delimits Morbihan and Finistère .

Laita’s bedroom is located on the first floor and is 16sqm and eqquipped with twin beds (90×190 cm). Luxury bedding with pure cotton or linen is provided to ensure you are comfortable and relaxed and a courtesy tray is at your disposal.

Room Moros

« Moros» is a river which has its source in Melgven. It merges with the Atlantic’s ocean in the harbour of Concarneau’s walled city.

Moros bedroom is located on the first floor and is 20sqm. It’s equipped with a queen size bed (160×190 cm) as well as a 90 x 200 cm sized couch which can be used as a sofa. Luxury bedding with pure cotton or linen is provided to ensure you are comfortable and relaxed and a courtesy tray is at your disposal.

This bedroom has its own en suite bathroom and WC. The bathroom is fully equipped with Italian shower, hairdryer, towel rail and bathroom linen. You will also be provided with a selection of toiletries on your arrival.

Terms of Sales

The continental breakfast is included in the price of the night, the tourist tax (0,55 € /person/ night) is in supplement.
The stay is of a minimum duration of 2 nights from June to September.
No extra beds can be accommodated in the rooms.
Pets are not allowed.
Breakfast is usually served between 8:30 am and 9:30 am, unless specifically requested.
It is asked not to eat in the rooms.
The reception is between 18h and 19h30, the rooms are to be released before 11am.
Discount (applied when invoicing) and per additional night: 5% from the 5th night included and 10% from the 7th night included

Terms of cancelation

If canceled up to 14 days before the date of arrival, there will be no charge.
In case of cancellation less than 14 days before the date of arrival, the amount of the deposit (30%) will be retained.
For any early departure or no-show, except in case of force majeure, the full amount of the stay will be charged and due.
Flexible cancellation conditions are applied in the event of the health crisis (Covid19).

Prepayment

A deposit equal to 30% or 50% of the total amount of the stay is required upon booking. It can be paid by check, credit card, bank transfer, One Shot Pay or Paypal.
